Present When You Need It
I will be at your county meetings, your community events, and your kitchen tables—not just during campaign season, but every day I serve you.
Accessible and Answering
You'll have my cell phone number. When you call, I'll answer. When you need help, I'll show up. That's what neighbors do.
Your Voice, Not Atlanta's
I won't tell you what politicians think you should want. I'll tell politicians what YOU want—because your priorities are my priorities.
Rooted in Service
For 30 years, I've shown up for families in their hardest moments as your funeral director and coroner. Now I want to serve you in the State House.
Georgia Values
Faith, family, and hard work built our communities. I'll defend those values and the people who live them every single day.

Healthcare Access You Can Reach
An hour drive to see a specialist isn't just inconvenient—it's dangerous. I'll fight for rural healthcare funding and telemedicine expansion so you can get the care you need close to home.
Keep Our Kids Home
Every young person who leaves for Atlanta or Savannah is a future we lose. I'll work for job creation and economic opportunity that gives our children a reason to build their lives here.
Farm and Timberland Protection
When timber mills close, it's not just jobs—it's retirement income disappearing and family legacies ending. I'll fight to protect agricultural tax exemptions and oppose policies that threaten rural livelihoods.
Infrastructure That Works
Our roads, bridges, and broadband connect us to opportunity. I'll push for rural infrastructure investment that matches our needs, not Atlanta's convenience.
Show Up Where You Are
Your representative should be your neighbor, not a stranger. I'll hold town halls in every community and maintain an open-door policy because good government starts with good listening.
Real Answers, Not Runarounds
You shouldn't need a law degree to understand government paperwork or a connection to get a returned phone call. I'll work to simplify state processes and make government work for you.
Local Control Matters
Decisions about your community should be made by people who live in your community. I'll fight for local authority on zoning, development, and the issues that affect your daily life.
Accountability You Can Count On
I'm going to Atlanta 40 days a year during session. The other 325 days, I'm right here—running my business, living in this community, and available when you need me.
Support Small Business
As a small business owner, I understand the regulatory burden crushing our entrepreneurs. I'll fight to reduce bureaucratic barriers and protect the businesses that are the backbone of our economy.
Smart Growth, Not Reckless Growth
Growth shouldn't bankrupt our schools or overwhelm our infrastructure. I'll champion legislation that empowers local communities to make decisions in their best interest, not big city developers.
Workforce Development
Our young people need paths to good-paying jobs without crushing debt. I'll support vocational training and apprenticeship programs that build careers right here at home.
Protect the Second Amendment
The right to keep and bear arms isn't negotiable. I'll oppose any state restrictions on lawful gun ownership and fight to remove burdensome regulations.
Defend the Unborn
Life is sacred and begins at conception. I will stand up and fight for protecting the unborn and supporting families who choose life.
Limited Government
State government should work for citizens, not against them. I'll fight to eliminate waste, reduce unnecessary regulations, and ensure your tax dollars are spent wisely.
Brad Anderson isn't just running for State House—he's been serving District 157 his entire adult life.
Born and raised in Tattnall County, Brad has spent 30 years as a funeral director and county coroner, showing up for families in their most difficult moments. He understands what it means to serve with compassion, to be there when people need you most, and to treat every person with dignity and respect.
Married to his wife Ashlea and father to their son Ward, Brad lives the life he's fighting for. He sits in the same traffic, shops at the same stores, and faces the same challenges as every family in Jeff Davis, Appling, Tattnall, and Evans Counties. When timber mills close, he sees neighbors lose their livelihoods. When hospitals cut services, he watches families struggle to access care. When young people leave for opportunities elsewhere, he feels the loss of what our communities could have been.
Brad's commitment to this district runs deeper than politics. He's served his community as a deputy sheriff, a volunteer, and a friend to anyone who needed help. He's been there for births and deaths, celebrations and sorrows—not because it was his job, but because that's what neighbors do for each other.
Now Brad is ready to take that same servant's heart to the State House. While others talk about rural Georgia from a distance, Brad lives here, works here, and raises his family here every single day. He doesn't just understand your concerns—he shares them. He doesn't just promise to listen—he's already spent decades proving he will.
When Brad goes to Atlanta, he won't be representing a district on a map. He'll be representing neighbors, friends, and families he's known his whole life. Because in District 157, representation isn't just about casting votes—it's about showing up, being present, and never forgetting where home is.
